Nigeria’s frontline retail banker, Access Bank has announced service disruptions across its various banking channels between 2.am to 4.30 am tomorrow, Sunday February 13, and Monday February 14, 2022.
In a widely circulated notice obtained by Sunrise News, the bank said the routine exercise is to further optimize its operations and position the bank to better serve its huge customers.
According to the bank, the exercise which would begin Sunday, between 12.30 am – 2.30 am would affect the Nigeria Inter bank short code services (NIBSS) known as the Instant Payment platform for incoming and outgoing transfers, while the routine exercise slated for Monday, between 3.30 am -4.30 am, would affect its Mobile App, Internet Banking ans USSD platforms.
The bank which apologized for the inconveniences the exercise may cause, assures its customers that upon completion, services across all the various platforms will be restored.
