Adesanya Stella wins at School maiden inter-house sports competition

After 5 years of training the pupils of the Chessington Montessori School in the series of sports, the wonderful girl in a blue house of the school, Adesanya Stella emerged the overall best Athletes among the girls categories.
The talent of this girl was discovered to emerge the best female athletes during the 5 years Anniversary and first Inter- House Sports Competition of the Chessington Montessori School held recently at the Ifako Mini Stadium.
The Proprietress of the Chessington School, Mrs Folashade Koiku expressed her joy during her welcome address speech to the glory of God that it was a great testimony after 5 years of training the students their talents could be showcased and displayed in sports competition successfully.
Mrs Koiku therefore urged the parents who withdrew their children away from sporting activities to refrain from that because you never know what talent they would develop to make money when they grow up and Sports is a general language and unifying force in the Nigeria society. She however stated that there should also be co-curricular activities in schools and the outside world just as the Academic is so important. She stated.
The Legal Practitioner, Esq. Abdulkadir Habib Maude commended the organiser of the school sports competition among the Primary, Creche, and kiddies of the school and explained that it is in Nigeria here you wait for a child to grow up well before you start asking them what to become in future.
He said Nigeria government should not wait for her indigenes to travel abroad before they recognise them and their talents that it is high time government start building up their kids with series of talent/career so as to get the best out of Nigeria child. That the difference between Nigeria and other country like European was that European catch their child young and train them from Swimming, Football and more sports in the nursery and primary school levels.
The Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa, represented by Special Adviser to the Speaker on Education, Hon. Ogunsola Odusola, advised the participants to stay away from leaving the work of building the nation for the politicians alone that it is more beautiful and successful when the whole Nigerians join hands to build the country we can call our own by creating talents which eradicate poverty and reduce unemployment in the nation without any corruption.
The School Chairman, Otunba Adeshina Ayinde Koiku, called on the government to focus and include grassroots sports when they make their policies that it is best for the country never to underage the kiddies sporting activities.
He commended the Lagos State government for sending a representative in the Inter house sports competitions of the school.
The Yellow house of the school emerged the winner in the inter house sports competition
Other in attendance were Oba Onisheri of Isheri Kingdom, Oba Ayinde Balogun and Ayobola Ventures.
