The question on the lips of world leaders and humanity as iran retaliated the killing of its defence strongman Soulemani is is this the end or just the beginning of hostilities between Iran and the united States and its allies?
American President Mr Donald Trump in a series of tweets hours after Iranian government claimed responsibility for the series of missiles hitting America’s Air Bases in Iraq on Tuesday, said America is already watching the situation and simply replied “All is Well.”
Trump also said he will be addressing American on Wednesday, and his reaction has been said to either escalate or de-escalate the frosty relationship between the United States and Iran, which came to a head when US killed Iran’s military strongman Soulemani last week.
Trump claimed Soulemani was neutralized after he was fingtered to be behind a series of terrorists attacks targeting American people and interests. He said America is prepared to meet force with force should Iran take any step to retaliate the killing.
Iranian Supreme leader Imam Khameini in a nationwide broadcast on Tuesday, said the retaliation attacks was to bring America to its senses. According to him, the killing of its Minister of Defence is a slap that will not go un-retaliated.
He said Iran has the capacity to defend itself again external aggression, saying the country would not succumb to any bully from the United States.
