Apollo Tyres Returns to Nigeria, appoints C. Woermann (Nigeria) as sole distributor

Apollo Tyres has appointed C. Woermann as it sole distributor as it announced its readiness to return to the tyre market in Nigeria.

Apollo Tyre is a premium tyre manufacturing company with diversified and multinational presence and its headquarters in India, ranked among the top leading tyres in the world as we manufacture all sizes of truck and car tyres.

Speaking at the product training in Lagos, the Sales Consultant – Nigeria, Apollo Tyres Ltd, Mr. Adekunle Alaba; said that Apollo tyres is a fast growing global tyre manufacturer which was founded in 1972 and that before the end of this year 2019, we will be launching our 5th plant in India.
 
It will interest you to know that, we procure our raw materials from Singapore and also, Apollo is the official Tyres’ partner of Manchester in the UK and India.

Our company, market its products under two global brands APOLLO and VREDESTIEN.

Apollo Tyres has multiple manufacturing units in India, Netherlands and Hungary as we also produce all types of tyres ranging from Passenger car tyres, Truck bus Radial, Farm Tyres, OHT tyres and Two wheeler tyres.

Alaba, said Apollo products are well known in the world as it has gone through many testing facilities around the world, tested against leading brands in the world.

Speaking also at the training, the Associate Manager – Customer Service & Tyre Testing , Apollo Tyres Ltd, Sourabh R. Nair, said before tyres are been sent out of our plants, we ensure that every ingredient of our products undergoes rigorous testing and stringent quality checks before it is finally cleared for sale.

He said Apollo tyres is so special that it has all axle dimensions. We produce according to a country’s specification and demand as well as make a case study of the road conditions.

In our range, we have ENDU Trax MA, ENDU Trax MD, EnduRace RA, EnduMile RD, EnduRace LHA, EnduRace RA, ALNAC 4G, ASPIRE 4G, QUANTUM and APTERRA

Mr. Adekunle added that, irrespective of the economic challenges in Nigeria and Chinese brands taking over most markets in Nigeria and some parts of Africa, our approach is to get a market share where we prove to our customers that we have come to provide them a quality and durable products that will give them value for their money.

We are gradually gaining patronage in the Eastern and Western parts of Nigeria, as we are still doing a market survey in the Northern part of the country.
