No fewer than 16 people on Sunday died in a road crash that occurred in Bauchi State.
Bauchi State Sector Commander, Federal Rows Safety Corps (FRSC), Yusuf Abdullahi, who confirmed the incidnet, said that the accident involved an articulated truck and one other commercial Toyota Hummer bus.
The crash happened at about 7pm in Bambal village on Kano-Jama’are Road.
Abdullahi, who attributed the accident to speed violation, said some people were burnt beyond recognition inside the Hummer bus.
