The members of the Lagos State House of Assembly have elected Hon. Mojisola Meranda, to replace the sacked Hon. Mudashiru Obasa.
Meranda, representing Apapa Constituency 1, goes into history as the first female speaker of the state of Excellence.
Until her election into the new office, Meranda had served as the deputy to Mudashiru Obasa.
