Cleric tasks Nigerians to seek divine intervention

By Adeola Ogunlade

The Coordinator-General, Celestial Church of Christ Genesis Team International, Evangelist Ekunola Davies, has tasked Nigerians not to relent in praying to God for intervention in the affairs of Nigeria, saying that the only way to get it right is through God’s intervention.

Davies gave this charge ahead of the 2023 Genesis Team Annual Crusade slated for January 13th in Ogun State, noting that if there is a man ready to pray, there is a God ready to answer.

“Nigerians are depressed, we need hope, we need God’s intervention, and I am very optimistic that God will appear during the crusade and people will experience God’s hand in miracles and our nation will be blessed”, he said.

On the annual programme tagged: ‘And The Lord Appeared Unto Him’ and adopted from Genesis 26 verse 24, will be held at the Rehoboth Prayer Mountain, Ewekoro Local Government, Ogun State.

Davies said that the uniqueness of this year’s program was the Fire Conference for Ministers, “This is the first time we hold a conference for Ministers of God to rekindle the light and catalyze revival across the nation, and I am happy that they are spiritually filled with the Holy Spirit.”

Human Resources, Ekunola Davies Ministry International, Prophet Samuel Bankole disclosed that Evang. Akinwale Adegbola and Professor Michael Adebamowo would be ministering, while song ministration would be led by the GTI Marvellous Choir, among other gospel artists.
