A group passionate about ensuring protection of democratic values and tenets- Joint Action for Good Governance (JAGG) has describe the choice of Hon. Dayo Bush-Alebiosu by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu as Commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development as a round peg in a round hole.
In a statement jointly signed by the group’s National Vice President Comrade Abdulwaheed Odunuga and the National secretary Comrade Razaq Aderibigbe, the new commissioner was described as one with the needed qualities to regig waterfronts and promote the blue economy.
“This well-deserved appointment is a testament to Hon. Bush-Alebiosu’s unwavering commitment to public service and his outstanding contributions to the development of our great nation.
“Hon. Bush-Alebiosu is a distinguished public servant, and visionary leader, on his recent appointment and swearing-in as the Commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development”.
Hon. Bush-Alebiosu a popular grassroots politician, who once held sway at the National Assembly as a Federal House of Representatives member representing Kosofe Federal Constituency, was further described to be a goal getter, whose depth of experience will rub-off positively on ensuring a total revamp of the waterfront.
” Hon. Bush-Alebiosu’s appointment comes at a crucial time when our waterfronts and blue economy needs focused attention.
