A Federal High Court in Lagos on Friday granted N100m bail to Ismaila Mustapha, also known as Mompha who was arrested by the EFCC on October 19, for alleged money laundry offences.
Mompha was arraigned in connection to a N33billion fraud.
Mompha was arrested at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja on his way to Dubai.
He was remanded in the commission’s custody following a court order.
