Mince International Concept Ltd., said it has concluded plans to unveil strategic inventions that will mitigate against the challenges confronting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) in Nigeria.
The firm in a statement signed by one of its Directors, Mr Kola Awe, on Monday in Lagos, said that the strategic invention would be unveiled on May 24.
Awe identified lack of finance, cost competitiveness, quality, certifications, logistics and market access as some of the challenges confronting MSME’s growth in Nigeria .
He said that the event would be done in collaboration with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council, Nigerian Export -Import Bank, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria and NICERT.
According to him, the one-day town hall meeting is being organised for cosmetics and beauty products manufacturers.
He said that the event would be themed: Breaking The Barriers Of MSME’s In Cosmetics Industry For Enhanced Production Capacity, Sales And Export In AfCFTA and Beyond.
He noted that the collaborative effort was to prepare and provide strategic interventions for MSME’s in the cosmetics sector for export, through the entire production and sales value chain.
”Mince Concept International is geared towards implementing its various intervention strategies in all MSME sectorial sectors under its themed project: MSME: ROAD TO EXPORT.
”It has chosen the cosmetics and beauty products sectorial group due to its strategic and competitive advantage in the continent and beyond,” he said.
Awe added that more importantly, the sector was chosen because it constituted majorly of women and youths.
