Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria Honors Ambassador Ajadi as Most Proactive Area Commander

In a prestigious ceremony held at Providence Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, on Thursday, 7 December, the Crime Reporters Association of Nigeria (CRAON) bestowed its Most Proactive Area Commander award upon Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo.

Acknowledging his exceptional dedication to safety and security in Nigeria, the recognition adds to his recent accolades, including the title of Golden Son of Yoruba Land by the Oyo State Canteen Workers Union of the Southwest.

A prominent figure in Nigerian politics, Ajadi, who contested the governorship in Ogun State with the New Nigeria People’s Party in the recent general election, continues to leave an indelible mark.

Renowned for his commitment to improving governance and extensive charitable work, he also stands as a successful business mogul, transcending his influence beyond politics.

Expressing gratitude during an interview with our correspondent, Ajadi commended the organizers for acknowledging his contributions, considering it a significant recognition.

He emphasized the importance of steering clear of criminal activities, urging citizens to contribute positively to the nation’s development.

Ajadi, a former correspondent for a media firm, highlighted his journalistic background, positioning him as a vigilant advocate for national affairs and security.

He emphasized his commitment to lawful avenues for national development, encouraging youth empowerment as a means to deter criminal activities.

“I want all the youths to be well empowered in order to divert away their attention from crime to thinking of how to develop the nation positively,” he said.
