Dangote, Governor Abiodun, Peter Obi, others bid Mama Craig farewell

The families of Akin Craig and Senbanjo have laid their matriarch, Mama Olubunmi Ibiyemi Craig to rest.

Captains of industries, among them Africa’s richest man and Chairman of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, top politicians, among them the Presidential candidate of the Labur Party Mr Peter Obi, Mr Segun Awolowo, CEO of OandO Mr Wale Tinubu and host of others graced the farewell ceremony.

Son of the deceased, Omoba Segun Senbanjo proved a good host to the top of the range politicians and captains of industries at the event.

The late Olubunmi Ibiyemi Craig who died on July 13, 2022, was a reknowned educationist in her lifetime.

She was the proprietress of Labo Memorial Primary School and Somerset Secondary School. She was a pillar of the community and philanthropist.

Other dignitaries at the event include; Labour Party’s Vice Presidential placeholder, Dr. Doyin Okupe, Minister of Trade and Industry, Niyi Adebayo; First Lady of Kwara State, Ambassador Folake Abdulrazaq; Segun Fagboyegun, wife of former Senate President Mrs Toyin Saraki and Senator Tokunbo Ogunbanjo, among many others.
