A former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Prof. Charles Dokubo, has been reported to have passed on at the age of 70.
As gathered, the Amnesty boss was said to have died in Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, after brief illness, six months celebrating his birthday.
On Thursday, Dokubo was pronounced dead by medical experts at a private hospitals in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
