Electricity supply has been restored to parts of Nigeria two days after striking Nigerian workers shut down the National grid.
Emeka Ezeh, Head of Corporate Communications at Enugu Electricity Distribution Company disclosed on Wednesday that the disco started receiving loads from the National grid around 6 pm on Tuesday.
When asked if the power supply had been restored to its franchise, he said: “Yes, we are restored. We started receiving loads at 18.06 hours yesterday (Tuesday)”.
