Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has added on-loan Chelsea striker, Armando Broja, to his list of summer transfer targets.
Arteta failed to land Dusan Vlahovic during the January transfer window, with the Serbian frontman preferring to join Juventus from Fiorentina.
Real Sociedad’s Alexander Isak is also on the Gunners’ radar, but he will join if Arsenal qualify for the Champions League.
While Dominic Calvert-Lewin is another option under consideration, Football London reports Arteta greatly admires 20-year-old Broja.
Broja has scored eight goals in just 15 starts for Southampton this season since arriving on the south coast and tormented Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane during their 1-1 draw with Manchester United on Saturday.
Reports have suggested Southampton will make a club record bid to sign the Albanian striker on a permanent transfer before his loan ends, but Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has suggested he could still have a big future at Stamford Bridge.
