Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim, has warned his players that there will be “no excuses” if they don’t beat Everton in the Premier League on Sunday.
Amorim will again have limited time to prepare for the fixture as the games come thick and fast.
The 39-year-old has taken charge of a 1-1 draw at Ipswich in the league and a 3-2 win over Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League.
Amorim has admitted that he is “managing the fitness” of his squad ahead of a busy schedule.
“It is what it is,” Amorim said.
“We will rotate players and we will be ready. [Against Bodo/Glimt] We have to use four subs to manage the fitness, not the game. We manage the fitness.
“We have to do it. We already know that it will be like that so no excuse. We should be ready for Sunday and we have to win.”
