Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has said he does not need to talk to the club’s potential new owners.
Tuchel stated this during his press conference on Friday.
The German confirmed there were four bidders left in the race to take over the Blues from Roman Abramovich.
The former PSG and Borussia Dortmund manager also said, if at all he will meet with potential new owners, he wants to leave it as late as possible.
“No, absolutely not. I’m not sure if they want to, and I’m not sure if I should. I don’t know if it’s a good idea or a bad idea.
“Maybe it’s best to be involved – if I am involved – as late as possible,” Tuchel said.
Chelsea welcomes Brentford on Saturday, as they seek to strengthen their grip on third place in the Premier League.
