As the build up to Lagos State 2025 Local Government election gains momentum and the foundations of the 2027 general elections is being laid, member representing Ikeja federal constituency Rt Hon Dr James Abiodun Faleke and his teeming followers have defected from The Mandate Movement to the Justice Forum.
Faleke a former Ojodu LCDA Chairman and a ranking member of House of Representatives officially moved to the Justice Forum alongside his followers in Ikeja Federal Constituency comprising of Ikeja LG, Onigbongbo LCDA and Ojodu LCDA.
According to Team Faleke the move became necessary because of the last general election managed by Cardinal James Omolaja Odunmbaku aka Baba Eto and the Chief of Staff to Lagos State Governor Mr Tayo Ayinde failed woefully in the constituency, which is the home constituency of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
“Anyone planning with Baba Eto is planning to fail, someone who could not deliver his home constituency, who could not deliver the state should stand down, he and Tayo Ayinde are merely dropping President Tinubu’s name, we can no longer be in the same caucus with them.
“Baba Eto is busy in his inordinate quest to take over The Mandate Movement, we have decided to move to Justice Forum, because under him the movement has collapsed completely in Ikeja federal constituency, he is only interested in campaign funds and building his personal political dynasty, I pity all those who are presently associating with him, they will be sorely dissapointed soon.
“We all recall how the First Lady HE Mrs Remi Tinubu had to call him to order when he was constituting nuisance all over Lagos State with siren and entourage that outclassed state governors, he is the symbol of all that is wrong with politics and politicking” Rufus Okikioposu submits
It was a great day which herald great jubilation from APC members in Ikeja Federal Constituency as political leaders and party faithful willingly moved to Justice Forum with their dependable leader.
It was agreed that all Ward representatives are expected to set up Justice Forum in their respective wards and their meetings should commence with mobilisation for new members to the folds.
Hon. Faleke adviced the youths to shun drugs abuse and choose a better life and be determined to make a good future.
He promised to continue the campaign against drug abuse at every slightest opportunity he has to address the youths.
Members in attendance were encouraged to be good ambassadors of the Justice Forum so as to be able to canvass for new members and equally educate others to be patient with the President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu with strong hope that things will get better soon.
As a way of clarity, Hon Faleke said that the genesis of the prevailing economic situation of the country is not from President Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu but inherited from the past government.
Total support for and advocacy to give absolute trust to President Tinubu’s administration was the clarion call made by the leader
