The young lady was caught in school with a local gun she allegedly planned to use in shooting her teacher.
A secondary school female student has been nabbed with a gun that she brought to the school premises; so she could murder a teacher who asked her to change her hairstyle.
The girl, (names withheld), a student of Government Secondary School, Ikot Ewa, Cross River State, was asked by a teacher to cut her coloured hair and she was allegedly angered by this.
The following day, the student arrived at school with a gun.
A Twitter user, Valiant Samson Idowu-Alaba published the news on his Twitter platform.

A student of Gov’t Secondary School, Ikot Ewa, Cross River state went to school with a gun to shoot her teacher; who asked her to cut her coloured hair!
In a related development, a 400-level student of the Federal University of Dutse, Jigawa State had reportedly committed suicide after he found out his girlfriend was cheating on him.
The young man simply identified as Abdul, has reportedly taken his life; after his girlfriend allegedly broke up with him and also cheated with another guy.
The deceased, a Mathematics student, described as a First Class material; reportedly drank a poisonous substance suspected to be Sniper.
According to reports, his girlfriend identified as Rafi’atu, a 200 level student of the same institution; allegedly ended their relationship and also went to Kano to spend the Valentine’s Day with another guy.
The lady’s decision to end the relationship pushed the lover-boy into a depressed mood and he decided to commit suicide.
