The First Bank Plc, Nigeria’s oldest retail bank, says all its alternative banking channels such as FirstOnline, FirstContact, FirstMobile and QuickBanking will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the country.
A statement sent to all the bank’s customers on Friday said arrangements are being made to ensure the availability of ATM services at all its branches nationwide to also reduce customer’ stress.
“We however urge you to make use of our alternative channels for all transactions during these period. All our alternative channels will be available for you 24/7,” the bank stated.
FirstMobile – which you can access, download and bank on from anywhere, FirstOnline – our 24/7 online banking solution also available to you from anywhere, FirstBank debit, credit, or prepaid cards to make payment for all your purchases and other transactions online.
Other channels of banking are; 894# USSD Banking – will enable you open accounts with FirstBank simply by dialing *894*0#; transfer money to any account, pay for any goods or service, buy airtime, pay all bills, and more.
