If medical drama is your cup tea, here’s a healthy dose of some of the most impressive medical shows to celebrate World Doctors’ Day today (30 March) and to keep you entertained during the first week of April!

New Amsterdam

New to the medical drama genre is New Amsterdam follows Dr. Max Goodwin as he becomes the medical director of one of the United States’ oldest public hospitals, aiming to reform the neglected facility by tearing up its bureaucracy in order to provide exceptional care to patients. The Good Doctor

Outpatients

Based in the colourful city of Johannesburg, Cathy Davies uses innovative techniques and methods to save lives in South Africa.
