Foundation gives free healthcare to galvanize more PVC collection in Amuwo-Odofin

Resolved to drive participatory democracy through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) model, the Creek Health Care Foundation initiator Dr. Sodipo Gbolahan Nureni has unveiled plans to give free health care benefits to a sizeable number of Amuwo-Odofin LGA residents with just a show of their voter’s card.

The IMC Hospital initiative is set to take place in three different locations on the 4th,11th and 18th of February 2023, the three venues for each days are; day one Igbologun Town Hall, day two IMC @ 18,Okemedu Snake Island and day three Baale’s Palace,Ilufemiloye Community.

In a statement signed by the public relations office of the foundation, the initiator’s intention is basically to ensure active participation in politics for the good of all, as putting the leaders in place can help to further change the narrative in all sectors especially the health sector.

The theme for the three days programme is “ Show Your Voter’s Card &Get Free Medical Check Up,Show Your Voter’s Card Know Your Status”.

Dr.Sodipo Nureni however, maintained that it is expedient for all Amuwo-Odofin residents to latch on the healthcare benefit which is free, adding that there will be free check ups as well free treatment for specific health needs.

“For as many that can show their voter’s card, we shall be offering them free check ups for Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Weight (BMI),Tuberculosis screening,HIV 1 &2 and Hepatitis B&C.

“Also on that free basis there will be treatments, Immunizations ,Family planning, Deworming, Antihypertensive, Drugs and Antimalarial for all”. Nureni added
