The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Mohammed Babandede has resumed work.
This was barely a week after he defeated the dreaded COVID 19 pandemic.
Babandede was confirmed positive on March 29 to the Coronavirus pandemic and went straight into isolation and medical attention.
However, some pictures posted on Facebook by the former spokesman of the NIS Joachim Olumba, showed that the headquarters of the NIS was thrown into a wide jubilation on Monday when the Jigawa born CG resumed for work in the morning.
The pictures also showed some of his aides saluting him.
The CG was tested positive of COVID-19 after an official trip to the United Kingdom.
Sources told our Correspondent that the CG has recovered fully after been tested negative twice.
