French international Karim Benzema has signed a new contract with Spanish giant Real Madrid.
The two-year deal will see Benzema play for the Spanish giant till 2023, Madrid announced in a statement on their website on Friday.
“Real Madrid C.F. and Karim Benzema have agreed to an extension of the player’s contract and he will remain at the club for the next two seasons, until 30 June 2023,” the statement reads.

Benzema, 33, joined Madrid from French Side Lyon in 2009. He has made 560 appearances, netting 281 goals.
With Madrid, Benzema has won four Champion League titles, four Club World Cups, three UEFA Super Cups, three Laliga titles, two Copa del Rey trophies and three Spanish Super Cups.
