SUNRISE NEWS, Lagos, July 11, 2020 The Leadership of Lagos State House of Assembly has suspended all activities at the Assembly Complex for one week.
This follows on the heels of the death of their colleague representing Kosofe Constituency II , Hon Tunde Braimoh.
The Clerk of the House Mr Azeez Sanni, announced that all Committee Meetings, Assignments and Visits to the House is hereby suspended.
He noted that all activities resumed on Monday July 20 2020.
Hon. Braimoh, who died in the early hours of Friday July 10 2020, was the Chairman, House Committee on Information, Security and Strategy.
He was also a former two terms Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area.
The lawmaker was buried on Friday at the Ikoyi Cemetery, Lagos, according to Islamic rites.
