Lagos First Lady,LASU VC,RRS Commander Egbeyemi others sign up for younsters at 2022 BSEWN

The Wife of Lagos State Governor, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, the Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello form the list of eminent personalities scheduled to address a gathering of young people in Lagos, on how best to mould a worthy future.

The gathering which is the 10th Edition of the Beyond Secondary Education, What’s Next? (B.S.E.W.N) is organized by Future Matters Concept.

Other personalities expected to engage the participants during the interactive session include Pioneer Member, Governing Council, Lagos State University of Education Dr. Yinka Ayandele; Commander, Lagos Rapid Response Squad, RRS, CSP Yinka Egbeyemi; Member, Lagos State Security Trust Funds, Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan; Vice-Chairman, TOP Foundation Barr. Jide Ologun and the Vice-Chairman Agege Local Government, Hon. Gbenga Abiola.

The Executive Chairman, Agege Local Government, Hon. Ganiyu Egunjobi and his Orile Agege LCDA counterpart, Hon. Johnson Babatunde are the chief hosts.

According to the convener, Adewale Adeleye, BSEWN aimed at inspiring excellent attitude towards academic quest, providing adequate information on career choices, leadership and entrepreneurship, while addressing issues of substance abuse / sexual reproductive health and vices amongst the young people.

Adeleye stated that the initiative brings together some of the achievers in various field of endeavours to share their knowledge, experiences and success in life with the young people, who are known to be the future of our Nation.

This year’s edition is themed “Maximizing Trends for Future Relevance” aim at opening the minds of the young people to the great opportunities ahead of them, while taking a sip from the rich fountain that is sustaining our notable resource persons.

He further disclosed that this 10th edition will also be used to launch the foundation for this initiative and presentation of awards to some dignitaries, who have been channel of blessing to young people in their endeavours.

The program holds on Thursday 10th November 2022, majorly for Out-going Secondary School Students and Out-of-School youths at Dami Event Center, Lagos street, Opposite Latter Rain Assembly, Akilo Road, Agege.
