The aspiration of Mr. Olajide Adediran (Jandor) may likely have received a boost as four aspirants in the Lagos State Peoples Democratic Party gubernatorial primaries withdrew from the race.
Disclosing the development to newsmen, Mr. Emmanuel Ogidi the Chairman Electoral Committee said that the four men back down from the race having indicated their intention to so do in a letter sent to him.
The four contenders are Otunba Olanrewaju Jim-Kamal,Engineer Adedeji Doherty,Dr.Ade Dosunmu and Mr.Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour.
Now left in the race are Dr. Adediran Olajide Jandor and Mr. David Kolawole Vaughan Dakova.
Sunrise.ng reports that the primaries is gradually taking shape as delegates across the state are already being accredited. Each local government with three delegates from each wards therein, making 775 delegates in all are expected at the venue of the primaries.
