Owolabi, whose residential address was not given, is standing trial on a two-count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

He is charged alongside one Umar Sulaimon, who is already on trial, after being arraigned on Aug. 19 for the same offences.

The prosecutor, Sgt. Cyriacus Osuji, told the court that the defendant committed the offences on Aug. 15, at 10:22p.m., at the Lekki Conversation Centre in Lagos State.

Ojuromi ordered that the sureties must be gainfully employed and show evidence of tax payment to Lagos State Government.
