Many artisans are feared trapped in the rubbles after a 21-storey building collapsed in Lagos on Monday.
The building located alomg Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, said to be under construction, came down on Monday afternoon.
Possible cause of collapse and number of persons feared trapped are yet to be ascertained.
The General Manager of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Dr Femi Oke-Osanyintolu who confirmed the incident in a statement said emergency responders have been mobilized to the site and rescue efforts have started.
