Nigeria will be a testimony to the world – Adeboye

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye said Nigeria would soon become a new testimony to the world.

Adeboye leading other worshippers at the church’s National Headquarters, Ebute Meta said not minding the challenges of nation, a turning point is ahead that would shock the entire world.

Adeboye who preached on the topic Divine involvement, sands picked from several Bible passages including 2 Kings: 1 to the end, and Exodus 14: 1 to the end said God would transform the nation’s economically.

“Nigeria will get over the present challenges of kidnapping and abductions, and this is the beginning of a new thing in our life, ” he said.

Addressing the issue of Coronavirus, Adeboye said he was speaking with a great scientist who admitted that the low casualty count of fatalities in Nigeria could only point to the fact that God is involved in the affairs of the country.

He said despite the noise, the entire casualty of deaths as a result of Coronavirus is still below the figure of fatalities arising from snake bites in Nigeria put at above 4,000 deaths per annum.

He said just like the King of Israel did in 2 Kings, Nigeria must do three things: worship God, Praise God and stop panicking.

He said God has never lost a war and would not do do regarding COVID-19 or any other challenges bothering the country.

He described Coronavirus as a noise some pestilence, adding that just as God had told him, he has told his children that more of such pestilence may soon rear their head in the world.

He said God has assured him that only those whose time has come would be consumed by the pestilence and more that may come, adding that grace would continue to abound for all who seek more fellowship with God.
