NNPCL gifts woman who wakes up 4:30am to cook for husband N200,000 PMS voucher

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) yesterday gave a woman, Debbie O.A. N200,000 Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) voucher.

Debbie has gone viral in the last 72 hours when she posted on the micro blogging app that she wakes up at 4:30am each day to cook for her husband.

Debbie was bashed by many for doing so, while some commended her. Those commending her had been sending her cash gifts in appreciation of her sacrifice for her family and within the first 24 hours, Debbie had raked in over N2 million from her well wishers. Even Kuda a Micro Finance bank announced it would be matching the N2 million with another N2 million.

The NNPCL, in a post on its X handle said: “Hello @_Debbie_OA, we love your amazing love story, and we would like to gift you a free ₦200,000 PMS voucher redeemable at any of our 900+ retail stations nationwide.

“This will ensure that Mummy Zee has #EnergyforToday and #EnergyforTomorrow. We have just followed you. Please check your DM. Best wishes.”

Also, Infinix Nigeria also promised Debbie the latest Infinix Hot 40 for her feat.

Infinix tweeted on X “Hi, @_Debbie_OA we love that you use one of our phones currently. With that in mind, we would love you to experience the features of our latest device: The Infinix Hot 40. How does that sound?”

On Debbie’s request Infinix extended the gesture to her husband.

In an interesting twist, many are already challenging Innoson Motors to give Debbie O.A one of its vehicles.

Debbie has in the last 72 hours received close to about N10 million from Nigerians who have followed her story.

Debbie’s good fortune has equally rubbed on her husband, s Mathematics teacher in one of the schools as he has been offered a remote work exposure by a tech company.
