President Olusegun Obasanjo, the Ooni of Ife, Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the former Minister of Industry, Nike Akande, and others are billed to attend the 15th year anniversary and One Year Thanksgiving of Cathedral Opening of Love of Christ Generation Church, (Cherubim and Seraphim), Lagos, this Sunday, 4th of September, 2022.
Tagged: Harvest of Testimony, will bring together thousands of Christian faithful and other anointed ministers of God in Christendom from the different denominations across the country. It will feature nine hours of marathon praise, seminar, get-together, word rendition, by President Olusegun Obasanjo, free food, and other humanitarian services.
Speaking at the event, the founder of Love of Christ Generation Church (Cherubim and Seraphim), Reverend Mother Esther Abimbola Ajayi, said that the ministry was inspired by a revelation in 2007 “Where the Glory of God Shines” in London.
She noted that about 18 people worshiped on that day in the family house at Edmonton. Today, the church boasts of over 10,000 worshipers combined at the Lagos and London LOCI centres.
Ajayi pointed out that in the last year, God has been doing great things in the church including souls saved, people’s lives transformed, and miracles without numbers visible in the church.
She noted that the church has continued to grow to attract Christian faithful and new converts who seek a better relationship with God through practical Christian teaching and impartation.
She said “my dream for the future is to have branches all over the world. Winning souls all over the world. Organising first class crusades that will have who is who in the Christendom and am I pray that the creator of the whole universe will perfect it in Jesus’s name”.
She posited further that if the person that God called to lead his people in ministry is living a life of holiness which is what I stand for, there will be prosperity.
“I don’t womanize, I don’t do vodu or occultisms. When there is holiness there must be prosperity. My members can testify.
On the present challenges facing the country, Ajayi said that there is no way we can survive without God. If we love our country, let us go back to God in prayer. Nothing can be more than prayer.
She recalled that for three and half years, she was homeless in the street of London, adding that during the time of her homelessness, we pray and reminded God of his promises and he came to our rescue as he remains faithful to all his children.
Among the guests at the event include Mike Abdul, Big Bolaji, Psalmos, Segun Praise, Bidemi Olaba, Wemimo Taiwo, among others.
