Arsenal on Sunday defeated Manchester City 1-0 during both teams’ Premier League tie.
A late goal from Gabriel Martinelli ensured Mikel Arteta’s side defeated Manchester City at Emirates Stadium.
The victory over Man City means Arsenal are now in second place on the Premier League table, two points ahead of Pep Guardiola’s side, who are in third place.
The two teams are behind leaders Tottenham Hotspur, who are on top of the Premier League table with 20 points after eight games.
Arsenal’s next Premier League tie is against Chelsea on October 21, after the international break.
