Prominent political chieftain within the New Nigeria Peoples’ Party (NNPP), honored the Nikkah ceremony between Alhaja Kamilat Olamide Ajenikoko and Ismail Babatunde Balogun. The auspicious event took place today, Saturday, August 26th, at the picturesque Oke-Owode in Ogbomoso.
The ceremony, steeped in tradition and culture, witnessed an impressive turnout of well-wishers and dignitaries from various spheres of Nigerian society.
Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo’s presence at this joyous occasion not only underscored the significance of the event but also highlighted the spirit of unity and cooperation among political leaders within the NNPP.
Alhaja Kamilat Olanide Ajenikoko and Ismail Babatunde Balogun, the bride and groom, radiated happiness as they exchanged vows in the presence of their families and friends. He said, “Members of NNPP, Ogun State, have accompanied me to grace this great occasion to honor Alhaja Shakirat Arowolo, who was the deputy governor of my gubernatorial candidature at the concluded 2023 general elections.”
“The turn-out of members of NNPP Ogun State to witness the Nikkah and the hospitality from the family of the bride and groom are the result of loyalty and trustworthiness of Alhaja Shakirat Arowolo to family and her political party,” he said.
