The Lagos State Ministry of Transportation has announced two dedicated phone hotlines to facilitate public feedback and complaints regarding the activities of the Ministry and its officials.
The Commissioner for Transportation Oluwaseun Osiyemi who disclosed this in a statement yesterday said this is in recognition of the importance of fostering transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in governance
According to him, the phone numbers will provide citizens with a direct channel to express their concerns, report grievances, and provide valuable feedback on transportation-related matters.
The numbers for lodging complaints and providing feedback the Commissioner said are: 09020009000 or 09020004000.
Osiyemi while assuring the public of the commitment of the government to address all inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, implored them to use the phone line service responsibly by providing accurate information and details when lodging complaints or sharing feedback.
