#EndSARS protests: SouthWest Senators in Lagos to assess, commiserate with Sanwo-Olu

South West Senators arrived Lagos on Sympathy/Assessment Visit to Lagos State Governor. Senators Present:

South West Senators arrived at Lagos on Tuesday on a sympathy visit to the state Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on the wanton destruction of public and private assets destroyed by irate mob and arsonists last week.

The visit would also afford the Senators an opportunity to assess the extent of damage which the state government last week put at over a trillion naira.

The Senators who are representing all the states in the Southwest said the visit is to solidarise with the people of Lagos who have been at the receiving end of the mob rage and to through the governor commiserate with those who lost their loved ones or property to the orgy of violence.

Leading 16 other senators on the visit are the Southwest Senator’s caucus chairman, Sen. Robert Ajayi Boroffice (Ondo North),. Sen. Akinyelure Patrick Ayo (Ondo Central), and Sen. Tofowomo Nicholas (Ondo South).

Others are Sen. Tinubu Oluremi Shade (Lagos Central),Sen. Adeola Solomon Olamilekan (Lagos West), Sen. Amosun Ibikunle Oyelaja(Ogun Central) and Sen. Odebiyi Akinremi Tolulope (Ogun West).

Others are; Sen. Bashiru Surajudeen Ajibola (Osun Central),Sen. Fadahunsi Francis Adenigba ( Osun East), Sen. Oriolowo Aderele Adeyemi (Osun West). Sen. Folarin Teslim Kolawole (Oyo Central),Sen. Buhari Abdulfatai (Oyo North), Sen. Balogun Kola Ademola (Oyo East) and Sen. Adetunmbi Olubunmi A(Ekiti North), Sen. Bamidele Micheal Opeyemi (Ekiti Central) and Sen. Olujimi Abiodun (Ekiti South).
