Thiago Alcantara has confirmed the end of his Bayern Munich career.
The Spanish midfielder posted a video to Twitter on Friday morning, saying he has made “the hardest decision of [his] sporting career”.
After seven years at the Allianz Arena, the 29-year-old is expected to complete a move to Liverpool this week.
The Reds have agreed to pay a reported €30m for the midfielder, who has just one year remaining on his Bayern contract.
