Xiaomi enters Nigerian market, launches affordable Redmi 8 Iphone series

The Xiaomi company has introduced into the Nigeria market quality Redmi Note 8 Pro Phone for the use of all that is more affordable than I Phone.

The Marketing Director for Xiaomi Mr Habeeb Shomeye, disclosed this on Monday during the launch of Redmi Note 8 pro, Redmi Note 8, Redmi 8 and Redmi 8A phone product series at the Raddison Blu Hotel, Ikeja GRA,

He said it is high time Nigeria increase in value accept technology and innovation that does not push you to break a bank before you enjoy innovation adding that what Xiaomi celebrates in Nigeria in the last six months the company set up in Nigeria is innovation for all.

 Shomeye while speaking on the brand Redmi Note 8 said the company was not just offering a pnone series to Nigerians but a valuable gadget that is durable, and awesome in aesthetic appeal and affordable to all, irrespective of social economic class.

He said the Xiaomi brand has in store for Nigeria a new telephone experience and urged Nigerians never to buy a phone in market to get quality but should first go to the phone’s after sales service to see if there is queue over there and run, if you found queue over there.

He however mentioned that the company has High Range of phone that is less than N90,000, the mid range and the entry level as no matter product/brand you have taken, the buyer still has value for money and best of quality, best performance and experience that is top notch Samsung.

He added that the journey of Xiaomi six months existence in Nigeria is more like six years of wonders having found some people ran away from the industry.

The Xiaomi business partner in Nigeria, Mr Christian Elege said he had been using Redmi 4 Phone since five years ago, before Xiaomi came to set up their company in Nigeria adding that it was just like an IPhone.

“The phone is not just an IPhone, it is providing incomparable solutions, which was the reasons why his company partnered with Xiaomi six months ago”, he said.

The M.D Xiaomi Nigeria, Seifullah Balarabe Gaya testified that Xiaomi has an affordable range of phones Nigerians could purchase, from N30,000 and above, depending on class.
