Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, lost his celebrity boxing rematch against actor Charles Okocha after walking out of the contest in the opening round.

The bout, tagged “Chaos In The Ring,” took place on Friday at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The fight ended abruptly after Portable abandoned the contest, leading officials to declare Okocha the winner.

The rematch followed their first celebrity boxing clash in 2023, which was won by Portable.

Okocha had challenged the result and activated a rematch clause, setting the stage for Friday’s clash.

The fight started at a frenetic pace before descending into confusion, with Portable exiting the ring and refusing to continue. Following his withdrawal, organisers awarded victory to Okocha.

Videos from the event have since gone viral on social media, sparking reactions from fans and entertainment enthusiasts.

While Portable is yet to give a detailed explanation for his decision, the outcome handed Okocha revenge after losing their first meeting nearly three years ago.
