The Lagos Peoples Democratic Party’s leadership has sent it condolences to the All Progressives Congress APC sequel the sudden demise of member of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdul-Sobur Olawale known as Omititi.
In a statement signed by the State Publicity Secretary Hon. Hakeem Amode on Thursday, PDP sympathised with the ruling party over the loss of the Mushin Constituency II lawmaker who reportedly slumped and died on Tuesday at the Rawang Pam Township Stadium in Jos during the official kick-off of the APC presidential campaign for the 2023 elections.
The statement reads: “We commiserate with his family and members of his political party in Mushin Local Government and we pray that God will grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
“On behalf of the State Executives, our gubernatorial candidate, Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (JANDOR), and entire members of the Lagos State Peoples Democratic Party, please accept our heartfelt condolences.
“May Allah forgives his shortcomings and grant him Aljanna Firdaus.”
