Inyishi Ikeduru, a vibrant community in Imo State, is set to come alive on January 3rd, 2025, as it hosts the highly anticipated Inyishi Ikeduru Culture-Fest Carnival and Leadership Awards.

The special event, which targets a rebrand of the community’s rich cultural heritage, is put together by an esteemed Indigene, Nollywood Investor, and Actor, Eboh Micky Best, CEO of Mickelsh Productions.

In a recent chat with newsmen the Project Consultant Ambassador Kingsley Enwelim Nwanze disclosed that the unique gathering, promises to be exciting, “The Inyishi Ikeduru Culture-Fest Carnival and Leadership Awards designed to showcase the unique culture of the Inyishi people.

“Inyishi kingdom’s sons and daughters who have made great feats in their various fields of endeavor will also witness a grand display of their traditions, arts, and crafts.

“This grand event will take place at the African Church Field, Afor Inyishi.

“We would also have a peculiar and intellectually woven beauty pageantry, which will catalyze showcasing the unique intellectuality of our young female adults.

“Attendees can expect a day filled with colorful parades, traditional music and dance performances, art exhibitions, and culinary delights that reflect the diverse cultural tapestry of the community.

“In addition to the carnival festivities, the Leadership Awards segment of the event will honour distinguished Personalities and reputable Institutions that have made significant contributions to the development and progress of Inyishi Ikeduru.

“These awards aim to recognize and celebrate the achievements of local leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, community advocates, and Institutions that have demonstrated exemplary service and commitment to uplifting the community.”

Expressing his excitement ahead of the coming event Eboh Micky Best, a prominent figure in the Nigerian film industry and a dedicated advocate for cultural preservation, notes that the event is a deliberate attempt to revive the cultural ambience of the Inyishi Ikeduru people.
