NASS Election Tribunal: Segun Adewale opens case against Adebule

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Lagos West Senatorial Candidate Mr. Segun Adewale has opened a case before the National Assembly Election Tribunal.

The three- man panel was chaired by Hon. Justice Ashu Ewah, other members are Justice Abdullahi Ozegya and Justice M.A Sambo.

The petitioner is challenging the outcome of the election result which declared the APC candidate Mrs. Idiat Adebule winner.

Edmund Z. Biriomoni

PDP counsel Edmund Z. Biriomoni submitted the INEC form EC 001, EC 009 and also the Rivers State election beavers report before the Court.

Sitting at the High Court of Lagos (Annex)Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), the Tribunal is set to take the final address on the case today Wednesday 12th of July 2023, as the PDP plans to present a witness on the matter.

The tribunal also cited the election documents tendered and marked as exhibits.
