Ogun Attorney-General promises to improve law officers’ welfare

The Ogun State Attoney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Akingbolahan Adeniran has said that the present administration under the leadership of Prince Dapo Abiodun will leave no stone unturned in prioritizing the welfare of the law officers in the state.

The Commissioner made the submission at the visitation of the out station office in Ijebu-Ode, noting that the government were aware of their plights and predicament, promising to prioritize their needs.

“We will make sure that we put on their need in that office, gone are days where a law officers in the state will be lamenting of office tools and other equipment, now that we have it by ourselves, we will address the issues one after the others, no one will be suffering of unknown in that office”, Adeniran said.

He emphasized the need to overhaul the out station of the agency for effective performance and outstanding human capacity, noting that quick dispensation of justice and delaying of intervention of the ministry in human relations cases would no longer be tolerated.

Also, the Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Adeyemi Adewole said the quick intervention of the state in equipping the out station would boost moral of the law officers and encourage them in those civil cases before the ministry.

He noted that the government was really ready to come to their aid in rejig the out station which he said covering the largest area of the East Senatorial District of the state, noted that the government would do everything possible to establish more out station, especially in Ilaro and Sagamu respectively.

He added that the establishment of the out station would also reduce stress of the law  officers, human hour and risk of live, noted that the Ijebu-Ode out station would soon get facelift as promised by the commissioner of the ministry.
