Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal have entered the race to sign Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen as they aim to offload former Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema before the end of the current summer transfer window.

Osimhen has demonstrated remarkable performance since his arrival at Galatasaray, netting 59 goals and providing 16 assists in 74 matches across all competitions.

His outstanding displays have reignited speculation regarding his future at Rams Park, with numerous clubs in Europe and beyond reportedly keeping an eye on his situation.

As reported by Sky Sport Switzerland, Al Hilal are closely monitoring the Nigerian international and are set to pursue a deal for his services.

In the meantime, Galatasaray are said to be amenable to his exit and has set his valuation at approximately €65 million.

The Saudi Pro League club views Osimhen as a viable successor to Benzema as they seek to create space in their roster for the Nigerian.

Nevertheless, any potential transfer hinges on Osimhen’s willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia, with Al Hilal needing to persuade the Super Eagles striker to agree to the move.

As the new season approaches, the Nigerian international is likely eager to clarify his future and concentrate on sustaining his impressive performance.
